Ely Gold Notification of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

Vancouver, British Columbia - October 25, 2017 - Ely Gold & Minerals Inc. (TSXV: ELY) (OTC: ELYGF) ("Ely Gold" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it will hold its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at 11:00 am PST at the Atlantis Hotel, Grand Room #5, 3800 South Virginia Street in Reno, Nevada.

Shareholders are encouraged to attend the Annual General Meeting and are also invited to attend Ely Gold's Open House on November 2, 2017 from 4:00 to 6:00pm PST. The Open House will be held at Ely Gold's new Reno office at 120 South Rock Blvd., Suite E, Reno, Nevada.
