Ely Gold Announces Increased Gold Recoveries on Centennial Gold Project
June 14, 2010
Ely Gold & Minerals Inc. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that
it has received positive results from additional metallurgical test
work that reported higher gold recoveries on samples from the Company's
Centennial deposit on the Mt. Hamilton property, located 65 kilometers
west of Ely, in White Pine County, Nevada.
The metallurgical test work was performed by McClelland Laboratories
Inc. under the direction of SRK Consulting U.S. Inc. ("SRK"). Bottle
roll tests on sixteen drill core composites and column percolation tests
on two drill core master composites provided confirmation of previous
testing and upgraded projected field recoveries to 75% gold and 40%
silver based on a regression analysis. An updated Preliminary Economic
Assessment, currently being completed by SRK, will use the upgraded gold
and silver recoveries.
